FAQ
Below are FAQ regarding Omaha Table Talk:
Q. Who can attend this event? A. Anyone who has the desire to experience diversity, meet new people and partake in open discussion regarding race relations.
Q. Who will be at the dinner table? A. We do our best based on the demographics of the registrants to provide the maximum diversity at each host home.
Q. What will we talk about? A. Each dinner will have a facilitator to guide the discussion for the evening. A variety of topics will be discussed. There is no attempt to develop consensus. We simply want people to be open with their discussion and get talking!
Q. Who's home will I be at? A. We group guests based on their diversity. Consequently, you may be in a new part of the metro area. If you prefer to dine in a particular part of the city, you may make that request under Special Considerations on the registration form. Note that we cannot make any guarentees, but will do our best to meet all requests.
Q. What does it cost? A. Our hosts graciously open their homes and prepare the meal for their guests at no charge.
